Located at 841 Savile Lane, Fort Mill, SC 29715, our foundation operates with the belief that every individual deserves access to opportunities that promote well-being and dignity.​

Every great movement starts with a moment — a spark of compassion, a call to serve, a desire to make a difference. Carolina Cares: A Kedar Family Foundation was born from one such moment, deeply rooted in the Kedar family’s unwavering belief that love in action can change the world.

What began as a simple act of kindness—offering support to a struggling neighbor, delivering meals to a family in crisis, or helping a child prepare for school—grew into something far greater. The Kedar family saw the gaps in support across their community in South Carolina: children without school supplies, families facing food insecurity, and individuals with health challenges but no access to care. And instead of waiting for change, they became the change.

With hearts full of purpose, the Kedar family laid the foundation for what is now Carolina Cares—a nonprofit organization driven by compassion, committed to equity, and fueled by the power of community.
